The training can be held in your location for your bar team with a high level of tailoring to your hospitality operation.
Alternatively, individuals can join a training session at Xcelerate, our state of the art training centre in Edgebaston.

Course run-down
9.30am - 10.00am - Welcome! Start the day with a coffee or tea.
Morning Session: We will start the day by getting to know each other and telling the group about our cocktail experience so far, including confidence levels and ambitions. We will find out any specific skills you would like to learn and ensure that we build these into the day. Then it's a series of live interactive demonstrations of the techniques.
1.30pm – 2.15pm - Lunch
Afternoon Session: This is 100% practical throughout, you will be on your feet, behind the bar, presenting cocktails with our guidance, formulating molecular designs, endlessly practising bubble art and all the techniques until you are a pro. There is also lots of bartender-customer role play, to ensure your cocktail storytelling is supreme.
4.30pm - Head home with digital access to methods to elevate your bartender journey.

There are no requirements needed for this course other than attendees to attend in person and be open to learning.
If we are delivering the training at your location, we can tailor the duration to for with the key training objectives that you would like to be met. It may be that the course is just 2 hours long for a specific training need or 9.30am till 4.30pm to be able to cover more content. - If attendees are joining our courses at Xcelerate, the course times are 9.30am till 4.30pm
