Hotel Co 51 is a hotel operations company that operate over 30 MOXY sites and other hotel brands within their growing.
Working with their Learning and Development team, Murdo Macleod identified areas within their hospitality operation where improvements could be made within the areas of Bar Excellence, upselling and cocktail service.
A training session was delivered at Moxy Edinburgh Fountainbridge with 17 attendees, one representative from each of the Moxy hotel sites in the UK.
Murdo created powerful one-liners for the teams to use to upsell their premium spirits and brought everyone's cocktail skills up to a standard that is impressive for guests.
